(August 26, 2010) – S&A Cherokee, a full-service communications and media firm, has, for the second year in a row, been named by Inc. magazine to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in America. In the media industry category, S&A Cherokee ranks 52nd nationwide.

In her notification message to the company, Inc. magazine Editor in Chief Jane Berentson welcomed S&A Cherokee to “the rarified company of enterprises that have appeared on the list multiple times, many of which have grown to become national icons.”

“The Inc. criteria examines growth over a multi-year period,” said S&A Cherokee founder and President Ron Smith, “so making the list two years in a row demonstrates the professionalism and commitment of each of our employees.”

S&A Cherokee employs approximately 45 people and, despite the recession, has grown its business by 28 percent in a three-year period.
