Cary, N.C. (May 11, 2009) — S&A Cherokee, a full-service communications firm received three Hermes Creative Awards from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. S&A Cherokee's entry, "University Dining's Catering Guide," earned a Platinum Award in the category Design/Publication Overall, the "Falcon Engineering Logo" received a Gold Award in the Design/Logo and "NC State Wears Carolina Blue" received an honorable mention for pro bono work.

The Hermes Creative Awards is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional and emerging media. The awards competition recognizes outstanding work in the industry, while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals.
