Visit Raleigh, Official Visitors Guide Now Available
Raleigh, N.C. (April 20, 2009) — With playoff hockey in the air, a new downtown convention center, exciting theatrical and musical events, numerous festivals and attractions like the "Knights of the Black Flag" pirate exhibit at the North Carolina Museum of History, now is a great time to visit Raleigh. S&A Cherokee, a full-service communications company, is pleased to announce that the 2009 edition of Visit Raleigh, Official Visitors Guide to Raleigh, Cary and Wake County is now available.
S&A Cherokee published Visit Raleigh on behalf of the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). Visit Raleigh is a glossy, four-color publication that serves as the Greater Raleigh CVB's primary fulfillment piece. It is what the Greater Raleigh CVB mails to inquirers and keeps stocked at information desks throughout Wake County and the state.
Through Visit Raleigh's comprehensive listings of attractions, hotels, restaurants, shopping and more, the Greater Raleigh CVB helps convert potential visitors into paying customers in various local establishments.
"The cover of the new Visit Raleigh conveys the dynamic nature of the destination," said Greater Raleigh CVB President and CEO Dennis Edwards. "That sense of excitement and activity carries through to the articles, listings and ads that promote all the wonderful things to do in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Garner and the other surrounding communities."
